At one time he was a list member, and actually one of the nicest guys you will 
ever run across.  Even if it is out of print, Id bet he might have a copy or 
two laying around and ask nice and I bet he would autograph it for you.

Photographer's Master Printing Course by Tim Rudman.

I don't know if it's in print or not. I just kept ordering it until Amazon 
finally gave up and shipped it to me.
