Of the developers you list having, your best bet for pushing film is the HC-110. I quote from the Un-Offical HC-110 Resource website: "Where HC-110 really shines is in scientific work or push-processing, where film is deliberately overdeveloped to increase contrast and speed. HC-110 gives surprisingly little fog even with very prolonged development." For Delta 400 at an EI of 800 use dilution B and develop for 10 min @20C. (from The Massive Development Chart) The chart lists times for higher EI's too. Anyone have experience pushing delta 400? I have tons of the stuff (in 35mm format). I need it for a day (actually 1 night and a fairly okay lit room). Don't want to buy 3200 film for that. I'm thinking pushing 1 stop. Any developer combo suggestions? I have: d76h, pmk, hc110 to play with. I'm not looking for something fine grain. I'll only probably print 5x7 on 8x10 paper. -- Eric ================================================================================ ============================= To unsubscribe from this list, go to www.freelists.org and logon to your account (the same e-mail address and password you set-up when you subscribed,) and unsubscribe from there. ============================================================================================================= To unsubscribe from this list, go to www.freelists.org and logon to your account (the same e-mail address and password you set-up when you subscribed,) and unsubscribe from there.
