It's my understanding that whole plate (1/1) always measures a standard
8.5"x6.5". Black & white photographic paper is still available in this
size from Agfa and Ilford(at least for the present).

        Are those the size of the film? The exposed area? Was whole
plate ever an=20
Ansi standard?  If not couldn't the exposed area vary with who ever made
the=20
holder?
