If it up were up to me, "reply" would be only to the original sender, and
"reply-list/reply-all"
would be what it sounds like, a reply all.
It comes down to balancing the value of reply-all (stimulate discussing) vs the
danger
(someone starts blathering on about politics, or gossiping about other list
members).
Then again, this list is pretty darn civilized, so the risk of the downside is
mitigated.
