PRS error

Hi
I recorded some material on the PTR2 today and wanted to use the PRS
software afterwards.
When I launched the PRS software, I got the following error:
PLEXTRS.exe
PLEXTRS.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost.

I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling, but no luck. If anyone
has any ideas, it would be good to hear them, thank you.
