[pskmail] Re: New installers for jPSKmail-2.0.30, updated installers

ALso,

Many times when I hit Preferences - Save I get the message about .ini file
being empty. Then when I press save again the program does nmot complain. I
wonder if it has to do anything with above problem with In  soundcard.
