Hi Alan,
looks like Net::SMTP::TLS perl module is missing. It was added recently
as a requirement so it is probably not documented.
cpan Net::SMTP::TLS should fetch and install it.

I have tried reinstalling all the Perl modules listed under the Ubuntu
7.04 install instructions, and they all appear to be properly installed.
Am I missing one?
