OK, sorry.... I fixed the permissons (chmod 644 fldigi-3.13_PSKR. tar.gz).
BTW.: this fldigi version is extremely ALPHA, the THOR modes don't decode
properly
and the RSID numbers are WRONG, so this version is not compatible with main
stream versions.... But you can test the new PSKR modes, which are compatible
to
MultiPSK.
