Is the plan to go forward on Book 19 next, or revise Books 8+ (maybe re-revise Books 1-7 with PNG images, as well as fixing the few currently-outstanding issues in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7)?
If it is easier and less time-consuming, Jon, you could comment on the Errata pages as-and-when you have the time, rejecting issues that shouldn't be fixed, and then someone else could actually implement the approved changes* (which is quite time-consuming in my experience!), flagging when this has been done for you (or another tecchy person) to do the actual release.
* Of course, some issues require feedback from the list, so either these would need to be specifically flagged as such, or the "Fix it" issues would need to be explicitly flagged as such.
I see a window where I'll be able to fix a few issues and publish Highway Holocaust this weekend. So...<blah>, then: I think this should definitely be fixed (where appropriate; there might be occasions in this book where it is fine, so it's on a case-by-case basis).This will need to wait.
Depending on when your "window of opportunity" is, I could get this fixed this afternoon, but I don't want to tread on anyone's toes, or force the release to be pushed out any further.
