Hi -- it doesn't work. I called FS support to see if it was a jaws issue. We changed a setting using insert+v but that didn't affect the email problem. After some more poking around the tech guy concluded it wasn't a jaws problem and I was on my own. I have been through all the options I can find that are remotely involved in starting IE -- IE7 is my default browser. But I can't get any links to activate from within emails. Oh, with one exception: email addresses open a mailto link. So if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears. If anyone has comments, please share. I can't even swipe the link and paste it in IE7 to go to the links. It is very annoying.
