Good morning listers, As I understand it, the down side to this is that if you ever have a problem and someone takes legal action against you, everything including personal assettes are fair game. When folks pay you, they can contract you as a 1099 employee , but that means you pay both parts of federal and state, so the taxes are higher, but it's ok because you probably have a ton of expenses to show.
