Even if you get it installed. Good luck because jaws 64-bit won't work with it. 
NVDA does though, which is how I know I installed it
correctly.

Unless if you need a 64-bit JVM, my advice, unfortunately, might be to use the 
32-bit one.

Just out of curiosity, was there a reason you didn't use the installer? We've 
always had pretty good luck with it on windows 7.
