in the zip distribution you have a txt manual where they show you how to make
it by hand.
Stop using the installers, because every time I tried using them, they failed.
Every copy of php I've installed and worked was from the zip package regardless
the web server I've used.
Now I have for testing purposes a apache instalation and an iis instalation,
both using same instalation of php.
And they work very well.

Hello, I tried a few weeks ago to install php5.3 and found that the package
does not come with the php5apache2_2.dll file. It is included in other
versions, not this one. When installing using the installer, you only get the
choices for installing to IIS Fast CGI, other CGI, and do not install on any
server. I'd imagine they'd include an apache option? Anyways, for my testing
purposes I just went ahead and installed iis and apache5.3 on it. I googled and
googled and googled but found no way to install php5.3 on apache 2.13...

  Hi,

I'm forced to do this because XAMPP download is blocked from here. When I
restarted the server after letting the PHP installer do its thing, I got the
following error. How do I resolve it?

I've checked and the file is where it should be. What else do I need to check?
