Hi Stranger,

As for the library warnings, could you chalk it up to "in transition"?  We plan 
to eventually try and make a real library out of libprocps.

For the top.1 warnings, the .Bd and .Ed macros are from the standard groff_mdoc 
collection.  Are the warnings perhaps bogus?

I'll let Sami comment on the ps.1 warnings.
