I'm not familiar with Norton 360. I have a wireless Canon printer/scanner. I have to allow two programs, a print utility and a scan utility, to access the local network in Zone Alarm. There was also a network setup utility I had to use to get the thing running. You could check your program permissions. Then I would delete the printer and software and go through the wireless installation again. Norton 360 was installed and it says the printer is part of the trusted network but the laptop can't see it unless it is connected directly. The printer was seen before 360 was installed. Any ideas?
