HI, I have a question about upgrading/installing windows xp pro. I now have
xp home on the computer and own a "restore disk" that came with the system. I
am wanting to totally take xp home off my system as well as everything else. I
then would like to install xp pro without having to use my xp home restore
disk. Is that possible since it is an upgrade.
If it is not, I have an old win 98 upgrade disk that I used to upgrade from
win95. Would it work to load the 98 upgrade disk and then the xp pro upgrade.
