Thanks!
I was looking at it all - and a ton were tracking cookies - who needs to worry
about tracking cookies! I kept the dso exploit since it was recent - and got rid
of everything else!

I set up immunize - it said that it knew I had spyware blaster on here and that
spyware blaster was a better program and could do more than its immunize could.
I was surprised!!
but I had never even looked at the immunize option until last week!

When you click on the Rescue button and that screen opens purge the
default(over 30 days) then just take a look at what else is there. If older
than a wk then you should be fine. I have purged the entire folder before
and had no problems. Most of what I get in there are usage tracks.

I've also found that using the Immunize feature with S&D has kept gobs of
stuff from getting installed in the first place.

hth,
zat
