yes you can do this. a freeware program to use is called Splitcam. http://www.splitcamera.com/ there are a couple of pay programs that have more sophistication called Softcam and Camtasia but likely for your needs, Splitcam will work. BTW -- if you need pc help in Paltalk there are many rooms devoted to the same including on I am generally in called PC Tech (@polarburr).
