If you set up your automatic update you'll get all the critical updates you need automatically.. Everytime I read about one, oops there pops up automatic update and I get it. Or I go to updates and check history of installations for the number, it's always there. I run W-Me at home so did not get this patch, but at work I have W-2000 and received the patch on automatic update. You can trust the update page to show what you need, so if your OS isn't listed, don't try to d/l the update (I don't think it would work anyway).
