Good ideas Rose ! the flag pole issue came up in my sister in laws community, they didn't want poles on the front of houses... so the person got around it by buying a bigger flag & draping it on the top of the house over the roof... how sad to be told you can not exercise your patrioticness by flying the flag, esp during these times ,,,, Faythe A realtor who is trying to sell you a house may not be as forthcoming as you might wish. A home is usually the biggest investment you make and you want it to be a nice safe and happy place for you and yours. A little extra homework up front can save you problems. Check with your state agencies, Real Estate commissions or boards, consumer protection agency, AG's office. They can give you ideas of what is happening in your area.
