If using XP go to Computer/ and the drive OS is on. Mine is at Computer/D/documents and settings/my name/local settings/temp and I delete the temp files. Some are in use but I just now did that and regained 500MBs back. Hope this helps. In 5 minutes, it might say I have 10 gb. It is fluctuating dramatically. I've scanned for viruses and spyware and they say I'm clean. I am re-scanning again now. I can't believe there isn't a virus on here causing this. I get pop ups that I don't have enough free space in case norton needs to quarentine anything. I've scanned with my norton and also with trend and with panda. I did open an e-mail this morning that appeared normal - until I opened it. I closed it immediately. I don't recall if it was blank or if it had a url on it. but since then, I've received similar e-mails as it about 5 times. (making me suspicious) It was from a legitimate source. I'm concerned it is the new varient of that bagel worm. I am also having trouble sending e-mail. My norton says my server is down and unable to process the mail. (norton scans outgoing mail) so - if anyone has any thoughts, I'd appreciate them. IF a virus doesn't show up on this scan - what could it be? or where else should I go to scan? Trend mentioned the new varient, so they should be finding it if it's on here..... all of this, plus I have a migraine today! batting 1000 !!
