Camtasia is a screen recorder app. You start the recording process, do
whatever you need to do as part of your tutorial and then turn off the
recorder. The result is a 'video' of the steps you just performed. It
takes a little experience to get used to it, but it's great for 'showing'
students what to do. You will also want to edit out the spots at the
beginning and end of your 'presentation' to get rid of the movments you
immediately following the starting of the app and when you moved to shut it
down. I believe the program has that capability built into it, but you'll
want to double check that yourself.

The container is indeed some kind of accessable storage area you can use to
'host' the files you wish to make available to others over the internet.
Your ISP-provided web space may suit your needs, assuming they give you
enough room for what you want to present to the students. Otherwise, you
may need to host a file or three at another file hosting site. Places like
Rapidshare may work well enough for this, but check their policies. Some
only allow up to 10 downloads, some delete the files after so many days of
inactivity, etc.. Rapidshare itself uses both of those policies for its
'free' accounts.

Peace,
Gman
