Click on the following and have a BLANK floppy disk ready to make the startup 
disk
START
Settings
COntrol Panel
Add/Remove Programs
StartUp Disk

Use this disk to START the other computer from the floppy drive, then you can 
see what is on C: and do what you need to do.
