Yep... can't forget the tech support. For me, I no longer care for it. But, 
its very important if you think you'll find yourself with problems that 
can't be solved. But, support has gone down from what it used to be. Like 
anything else, however, some have had goof experiences, while others bad. 
My classic example is when I was new to the computer scene, with my 
spankin' brand new Gateway, and I had a problem. Sunday night/Monday 
morning, about 1:00am, I called Gateway and I was on the phone with them 
for 6 hours straight troubleshooting. That was my good experience, cause it 
showed the guy was really trying to be helpful. Turned out my new computer 
was damaged and they replaced it for me.
