Time the time stamp 17:36:34 +0100 is 24 hr clock used in Europe. The +0100
means that it is 1 hour ahead of ZULU time (GMT) . To me this is saying it
is out of Central Europe. 5:36pm there time, 4:36 pm GMT, 11:36 Eastern US
and 10:36 Central.
