Jan, In addition to what Don has already said, I'm really curious as to the size the file you're trying to add to the email. It could very well be that your scanning program is set to save it at too high a resolution. Also, what program are you using to accept these scans? I can assume that it's the one that came with the scanner, but I'm sure you know what they say about assumptions. lol I'd also like to point out that, assuming you're able to get the image down to a more reasonable size, one should never send larger attachments (anything over 250KB) without first warning the recipient first. Some folks still pay by the hour for their internet time and a huge post could really get them steamed. :O) Peace, GMan http://reddit.com "The only dumb questions are the ones we fail to ask!" ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jan Robey" <hrstreak@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: "_PCTechTalk" <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, December 31, 2007 7:34 AM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Recommedation on printers > Florida Greetings to you all, ... --------------------------------------------------------------- Please remember to trim your replies (including this sentence and everything below it) and adjust the subject line as necessary.
