Ok chirsty. took me a while but I found the link I posted back on the 8th.
I was checking something larry had posted and this was in among it.

It's from a company called softonic, and my WOT gives it all green.
It works with Firefox 3.5.2, which people have been complaining about cuz it
loads slow.  It has sped up FF from taking about 30+ seconds to load down to
about 5.

Only down side I've found so far is that you have to go into the processes
running page of the Task Master and shut it down there when you go to delete
you temp files.
