I've heard that it is -
also read - for anyone contemplating a new system. dont' open e-mail at all
until you have 1st run windows update, and then run your anti-virus update.
'they' say if you just go to e-mail right off the bat you're almost guarentee'd
to get that virus. And put your firewall on too -

well now, I bought a new computer,3 weeks ago, unpacked it went to outlook
express, and in 5 minutes had the spy blaster virus, on the puter. It shuts
down your internet connection, then to top it off it shuts down your
computer in front of your eyes, I fixed it by going to windows updates and
got the site you mention below, believe me it is a viscous virus
