I wouldn't put to much stock in the XP Firewall.  Had clients with it
installed and it got in and it got out.  XP Firewall never blinked.

If you want a good firewall try Outpost Free.  www.agnitum.com. It
stopped it.

you need to turn on the xp firewall
in your dial up connection
right click go to properties
click on advanced on top right
put check mark in that top box and ok your way on out
