Dave is most likely correct in his assessment. Too many people just jump right in and do things without really understanding everything about it. That is why I advised about the disclaimer. It doesn't change CCleaner at all. It allows more rules for other programs which CCleaner allows. There are a lot of "add-ons" in the forums that you can add yourself, CCEnhancer, just pools them all together and puts them in that file for CCLeaner to use, if you so desire. Nothing harmful.
