Don, you so rarely ask for help (You are the Helper!). I wish I could
assist you but I am just not "techie" enough. Hopefully someone else with
Outlook will be able to help. I never did "warm up" to Thunderbird so I
purchased help from the folks at Cloud 8 (www.thundercloud.net) and they
installed Windows Mail (not windows live mail) for me.
It is very similar to Outlook Express and I have stationery again.
In an off topic aside: I just upgraded my I-Pad to OIS6 with great fear and
anxiety but it went just fine. I am discovering today that almost
everything I had before, I still have. I-Tunes does a backup before it
updates. It even remembered that I had purchased "words with friends" and
gave it to me free when I tried to buy it again.
Hoping you get the help you need.
Sandi
