Well, I am "shy" about scanning my C drive since this has happened to me twice before, but I was always told to scan disk before defragging. I did the "analyze" thing like Judith (I think) suggested before and it said I did not need to defrag now. But I recall having problems before and it was a real pain, and I think it had to do with spybot..(I am going to try looking at the archives of pctech and see what I did before). cristy. ----- Original Message ----- From: "~OoO~" <SirTroth@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, February 10, 2005 9:35 AM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: End it all > Its always worked just dandy for me... and, I'm the king of bloat on my > computer! > > ---Troth > > > -----Original Message----- > From: pctechtalk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:pctechtalk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of cristy > Sent: Thursday, February 10, 2005 9:32 AM > To: pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: End it all > > Has anyone else had problems with using scan disk in win xp with spybot > installed?
