In a separate email, direct toy your yahoo email address, I am sending instructions from the Dell Website to access and use the restore function on your computer. Try that and if it does not work we will do a clean install using the various disks you have. BTW Have you tried to use the Dell tech support toll free number. Dell has excellent customer service and I am sure they could walk you through the steps to fix this over the phone. That would be real-time support and a lot easier to do than using email.
