Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Aol's new subscriber reply

Recently I had an opp to deal with aol's customer service,b/cas I when i try
to d/l a pic my only option is to d/l as a bitmap or an art file. When i
splain'd on aol 5 all i had to do was dis-able web graphics the tech was
confused saying she was not famililial with the prob.So i know i'm dealing
with a new hire and i ask where is your boss? He's not here ,she says, can i
help you with anything else? I say i'll wait till he's
available,yadda-yadda,someone appears and wants me to start adding files to
my aol folder and install it,re-start,and call 'em back,i told 'em no call
me
or email when you figure it out.Cool, they sent me aol.5.0 in one mail .
Now my big problem is I have a custumer survey question nameing the idiot
who helped me?Should i say said idiot is your best employee and should be
promoted?Or knowing the idiot knows my account could cause me grief.give him
the thumbs down?
