those particular ones have to do with your windows updates.
Look in add/remove and see if those particular update numbers (number KB...) 
are listed in add/remove programs)

You can always move things to another folder temporarily until you are sure 
you need them or not.

When looking around in my directories in winit folder I found some folders
with strange names,  I don't recall seeing them before... names of a few of
them are... $NtServicePackUninstall$,$NtUninstallKB820291$,
$NtUninstallKB826939$  etc, what are these? AND is it safe to delete them??
