-=PCTechTalk=- Pop ups in Internet Explorer

Just finished testing and the pop up occur only at Snopes. I tried entering
Snopes manually with www.snopes.com and got the same results--pop ups. No
where else does this occur.
I went to Firefox and opened several sites and all behave normally except
Snopes. I do not get the popups using Firefox but I get Snopes only in the
left pane until I click on a specific item in the left pane then it expands
to the right pane.
Anyone have any idea why this is so?
And do I have a problem???
