-=PCTechTalk=- Not a valid WIN32 app - HELP!!!!!

What's happening when I get this error message when trying to open a
file??? AND, what can I do to try to get it to execute???? I'm using
Win/98SE, and I'm sure the file is a compressed executable, but Winzip
doesn't open it. Thanks for any and all help with this problem I have.
