[pchelpers] copy a program to cd

I have an old version of Roxio Easy CD creator on my desktop. <win xp>  
(version 6)
I want to put it on another computer, also win xp.

I burned a cd and dragged the folder and burned that.
Well, there's no .exe files that I can see and basically it was a waste 
of a cd. 
So I'm wondering if someone could tell me what I need to do to burn it 
so that it will work installing it on another computer.

I don't have the cd for it.  It came on the computer when I bought it 
years ago.
