You have an "About:Blank hijacker".

The easy way out is to use System Restore, and go back about 2 days
before you started having the problem, assuming that it hasn't killed
System Restore.
System Restore often does not work in normal mode; you should restart
into safe mode to use it. You start up in Safe Mode, restart the
computer, then start tapping the F5 key as soon as the BIOS screen
goes blank. If Windows starts up without giving you a menu with Safe
Mode as an option, you didn't start tapping soon enough. After you get
into Windows in Safe Mode, go to Start, Programs, Accessories, System
Utilities, and System Restore is there.
I definitely would not pay $440 for a program to fix it; I could buy a
new (cheap) computer for that money.
