[pchelpers] another dumb problem

ok everyone I know there is a simple setting or something that will allow me to
click a site address you all send me so I can open it from the e-mail you send
me. To illustrate if you sent me the place Cy sent me
http://www.mhonarc.org/~ehood/MIME/MIME.html
you would be able to click there and it would open to the site. However all day
I haven't been able to get anything to open from my e-mail. This includes mail
I saved that I could click and go to before. So could you help please? And
could you please explain why all of a sudden it's doing this? Oh by the way I
have home xp I have no idea if this is the problem.
