If you had the computer in a room that's 85F, obviously the temperatures that you quote would be higher; the PS fan temp that you quote would probably be 97F in that case. As long as the fan appears to be moving at normal speed, the temperature should be ok. I probably wouldn' be too concerned about temperatures unless they go above 150F or so.
