Hi Jackie,

Thanks for the response.

Sorry I am the administrator. However I was able to delete some AVG keys 
in the Registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current\Version\Uninstall
The restart let me erase all the AVG files in the Program Files 
Directory then the three AVG
folders deleted with no problem.
