[pchelpers] How do I?

Can someone please refresh my mind?

I forgot how to set a webpage as the starting page that comes on
automatically when Firefox loads. I installed a program and it changed the
starting page. I cannot find how to set it back.

Also, how can I save the taps I set in Firefox so that they will load
automatically?

I need some lessons please.
