As you can see in your untouched (forwarded) message below, you're also
good at quoting unnecessary parts and at creating chaos by making it
hard to find your reply :-)
Please change your settings so that Outlook clearly indicates which part
is quoted and which is your answer:
Tools, Options, Email Options, When replying to a message: prefix each
line of the original message with > (the standard greater-than sign
understood by all email programs)

I originally asked for a format program to erase the drive.
Instead I was told to restore the PC. John said I needed the
DVD to do this. Now charity.
Psychiatrist try to correct alternate life style. That is not
the patient intention. The building management will take care of
the pc. They put down dying animals. HOW DO I REMOVE THE OS
AND TRASH?
