[p900] Lame, LAME symbian timing

Seems that despite advertising "microseconds" arguments for most of their
timing functions (timers, threads, sleeps etc etc) symbian resolution is only
of 1/64th of second, which makes any precise timing totaly impossible.
I did lots of research over the week-end, and short of finding a way into the
kernel to read a proper microsecond timer somewhere, there is no practical
solution.
