  There is not much info in your problem statement.
Are u on 10.1 or 10.2?
What does the CSS daemon log file say?
  On 10.2 the log file is in $ORA_CRS_HOME/log/<node>/cssd
On 10.2 the log file is in $ORA_CRS_HOME/css/log
  Is there anything in /var/log/messages?
