of docs that do talk about exactly how to do this, for E-Biz 11i and

It has been open for several months waiting for internal response. If you use that method, test it very carefully. Others have said that it does work, but the wording in that document can at times be misleading. You should probably upgrade to 10.2.0.3 on the 32 bit platform.
