Paula,
I too looked for the class. I took the Oracle "Exam Cram" class last fall
(in Orlando!!) to get my 8i to 9i cert upgraded. It was a good class. Two
and a half days of class followed immediately by the exam.
To prep for the class/test, I read the Oracle 9i new features by Robert
Freeman book thoroughly. I also bought and used the Self Test Software to
prep for the exam. Both of these things helped me a lot in that they helped
me focus more on what stuff was in the exam and how they asked the question.
I will eventually take the 9i to 10g exam. I know that the OCP does not
make me a better DBA, but I need it for job bids.

I saw this option and was extremely interested. Apparently, I can jump
from 8i to 10G certification. However, when I went to look for the
class the class isn't being offered - no dates - available.
Anyone else looked into this??? Any other good solutions for preparing
for this exam outside of instructor led-training?
