In my current project, developers insist on adding comments for table/view
colmns. I don't want to discourage them, (psst: they also want to have
occasional real code reviews ).
Comments are very useful indeed, some gui will automatically show coments
next to column info, but not sqlplus (Now I think Tanel might hack another
library and tell us that " now it does ").
