Srvctl works within sqlplus?

I want to get the information w/o going to the os. Someone suggested
v$thread earlier, and that will get me the instance names, but I would
also like to get the server names if possible.

Does anyone know what table or view will show me what nodes and
instances are supposed to be in a RAC Cluster, oracle 10.2.0.3

currently up, but I would like to be able to query to find out what
instances and nodes are supposed to be in the cluster.
